Artist Contributors are individuals thoroughly engaged with professional creative practice. They may be writers, musicians, filmmakers, fashion designers, etc. — but for this prototype, they are very likely to be visual artists. Contributors must be femme self-identified, with an emphasis on individuals of African descent residing within the US. Contributors will not be required/encouraged to seek other members.
Patron Contributors are individuals with a demonstrated history of supporting creative practice. They may be educators, entrepreneurs, full-time employees, collectors, etc. NOTE: Patrons will not receive a payout. Instead, they will receive a print portfolio including work from each of the Artist Contributors. And, to encourage exploration in, and beyond, the established contemporary art market, the identities of the Contributors will remain publicly undisclosed until the production of the Print Portfolio.
